Recipes on CFIGFY are usually very simple – think 5 ingredients or less. They’re also usually very quick, or very slow (I love both my microwave and slow cooker).
Above all, they taste amazing! Oh and they also happen to be very good for you.

I’m a self-proclaimed coffee fanatic, and since eschewing dairy and soy milk, I’ve been hunting for all the coffee spots that serve almond milk and other alternatives, and I’m always adding to this epic list.
I don’t claim to follow any ‘dietary regime’ by the book, but I do lean towards a primal/paleo/real food approach when I can. All my WIAW (What I Ate Wednesday) posts are here.
